About PrintWise
PrintWise provides students, faculty, and staff with cost-effective, quality printing that's fast and secure. Over 200 PrintWise multifunction devices (MFDs) are available across campus for printing, scanning, and faxing.

How to Print with PrintWise
Students, faculty, and staff can submit print jobs via email or using drivers installed on their laptop or desktop.
The easiest way to print is via email to PrintWise@marquette.edu from your Marquette email account. This is the recommended option for mobile devices and quick print jobs. You can select your output settings for each print job at the MFD.

Using Multifunction Devices (MFDs)
There are over 200 PrintWise locations on campus. Students, faculty, and staff can print to any PrintWise multifunction device (MFD) to which they have access. (Some MFDs may be in secure areas accessible only to faculty or staff.)
Swipe your MarquetteCard to log into the MFD. Printing, copying and scanning are available at all MFDs. Duplex printing — or double-sided printing — is available for both printing and copying.

Pay for Print
Enrolled students receive a PrintWise allocation on their MarquetteCard. After their PrintWise allocation is used, additional printing costs are drawn from your MarquetteCASH balance. See printing and copying prices.
Faculty and staff usage is billed monthly to departments.
Faculty, staff, and student workers may be given access to print from multiple cost centers. If you have access to multiple cost centers, you will be prompted to select one when you swipe into the MFD.
