For Faculty/Staff: Create a Work Profile on Android
Marquette faculty and staff members that are seeking to have core Microsoft applications on their Android cellular device are required to enroll their device with Intune Company Portal. In order to enroll your device:
1. Open the Google Play application on your Android device and search "Intune Company Portal"
2. Install and open the intune Company Portal after the download has completed.
3. Once you are in the Intune Company Portal, sign in with your Marquette email address and password. If your account is already available, please select that profile.
4. Tap "Begin"
5. Review the notification regarding privacy, then tap "Continue"
6. The application will notify you on what a work profile entails. Click "Agree"
7. Access setup will begin. Tap "Continue"
8. Select "Enroll Personal Android Device" and tap "Done"
9. Your enrollment will now be completed.
10. Back at the home screen, swipe up to access your new Work Profile. Your work profile will contain a Marquette-managed Google Play store where you can download core Microsoft applications like Teams and Outlook.
11. You will need to use applications in your work profile from this point on. It is recommended that you download Outlook, Teams, Edge, and any other applications that you regularly use for work. Protected applications have Work Badge that appears as a little briefcase.
