About AccessODS (Clockwork)
What's AccessODS?
AccessODS, also known as ClockWork, is used by the Office of Disability Services to:
- track accommodations for students and
- book exam times/locations for students who need accommodations
Students access a web portal to send accommodation letters to instructors. AccessODS also allows students to schedule exam times.
Student Access to AccessODS
Students log in to AccessODS via a web portal. Students can use the portal to send copies of their accommodation letter to instructors. Or schedule exam times that take into account their accommodations.
Instructor Access to AccessODS
A separate Instructor Portal for AccessODS is available for faculty. Instructors can use this portal to upload test definitions for exams. Faculty can also view their full list of accommodation letters for a given semester.
Staff Access to AccessODS/ClockWork
Office of Disability Services staff use the ClockWork desktop application to add new students, schedule meetings, and configure the various modules in the application.
Logging in to AccessODS (ClockWork)
To login to any component of AccessODS/ClockWork (any of the portals or the desktop application), students, instructors, and staff use their Marquette username — not email address — and password.
Starting the Accommodation Process
Students who need to request disability accommodations should follow the process outlined by the Office of Disability Services. Part of that process is a meeting with Disability Services staff. In the meeting, ODS staff will provide more info on using the AccessODS portal and sharing accommodation letters with instructors.
Getting Help
Students and instructors who are having trouble logging in to the AccessODS portals should first contact the Office of Disability Services to ensure their account has been created properly. Further troubleshooting or other technical issues should be reported to IT Services.
Disability Services staff should contact the Director of Disability Services for initial questions about account setup, configuration issues, or general use of the desktop application. The director will contact IT Services if technical issues are discovered or further troubleshooting is required.
