What's Converge E-commerce?

Converge E-commerce is a cloud-hosted, web-based payment gateway and credit card processor. Converge is also used with point-of-sale card swipes in campus locations. The payment platform, a product of Elavon, accepts credit card payments in-store, online, via mobile, or by mail order/telephone order. Online checks, customer invoicing, and customer relationship management (i.e., CRM) tools are also options.

Using Converge E-commerce

Students, faculty, staff, parents, patients, visitors, and others use Converge to make payments to Marquette.
Authorized Marquette employees (merchants) receive and administer payments to the university.
- Merchants access Converge via web login with custom credentials.
- Marquette employees request a new e-commerce terminal or account in Converge by submitting a service request.
